Bohemia Food Truck

We are in the process of acquiring and installing a food truck - the "Bohemia Food Truck" - which will be designated for piloting restaurant ideas. It will be used by student groups during the school year to design their own food truck business. The groups will work with a local chef, Jackson Hume, to develop the menu and test recipes. They will be responsible for ordering, cost analysis, and pricing, with support and guidance as needed from the school and Bohemia Food Hub. A graphic design group will create branding, logo, and signage, and a sales and marketing group will be responsible for promoting the business through events and social media.

In the summertime, the Bohemia Food Truck will be available for local community members to pilot and test food business ideas.

Retail Storefront Pilots

We are expanding the front section of the Bohemia Food Hub to create storefront retail space, which will serve as a restaurant pilot area and to host pop-up food events (such as Saturday afternoon tamale order pick-up and community feasts). Retail and Brick and Mortar stalls are expected to open by June 2023.

Wholesale Product Development & Branding

Bohemia Food Hub helps individuals, or cooperative groups, develop product lines that can initially be marketed under a Bohemia Food Hub umbrella brand and sold directly to markets. Our local Farmer's Market and retail storefront serve as sales points for products, and we also have a refrigerated delivery truck used for deliveries to Eugene and Portland markets three times per week.
